THE KNEIPP TRACK

In the middle of the 19th century, the German priest Sebastian Kneipp developed a system of healing the body based on hydrotherapy. Nowadays, Knape's advice finds many fans. His method is quite simple, but very effective. He recommends water treatments that stimulate blood circulation and small capillaries. As a result of exposure to different temperatures, it is possible to create a rush of blood to the legs, thus reducing the load on the capillaries of the brain. The first part of Knape's book is devoted to walking barefoot on wet grass, wet stones, cold water, and fresh snow. Modern interpretations of the Kneipp track can be executed in the form of a straight channel with alternating compartments with different water temperatures, as well as in the form of a circular reservoir with several sectors. The baths are automatically filled with warm and/or cold water using nozzles. You can control the time of water supply, temperature, activation of hydro-massage nozzles, disinfection mode. The temperature change activates the immune functions of the body, increases overall tone, and has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular activity of the body.
